La Campanilla is an approximately 150 year old Andalusian farm house. The house
has been reformed completely, respecting the original style. It is situated in
one of the most beautiful parts of the Sierra Norte de Sevilla nature park, at
only 3 km. from the village of Cazalla de la Sierra.
There are any different kind of trees in the area around the house, like
chestnut, olive, different kinds of oaks, strawberry trees, etc.
Access is direct form the road, and at short distance from different activities
and places to visit, view points, monasteries, lakes, walking tracks, horse
riding.
There is 220V power supply for the house.
The house has capacity for 8 persons, there is a spacious living-dining room
with chimney (firewood is included in the rental), color TV and fully equipped
kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds (90x200) and 2 bedrooms with a
twin bed (150x200), cupboards in all rooms. There is a bathroom with shower
(80x100)
Outside the swimming pool and 220 m2 terrace, table and chairs, parasol, lights
and a barbeque. And for safety there is a fence around the swimming pool.
From the house there is access to a 20.000 m. land for taking a walk.
Animals/pets are not allowed, and the maximum capacity of 8 persons has to be
respected.
